This notice explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected in this system, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709).
For customers: name, phone number, and repair details (phone model, IMEI/serial, issue description), plus email if provided. For staff/team members: name, email, and branch/role to create a system account.
Customer data is collected directly by our staff when you drop off your device for repair — not entered by you through this system.
To open and track your repair job, contact you about its status, and let you check status by job number on the Track Status page.
Data may be shared with our email/notification service provider (to send status updates if you gave an email) and our hosting/IT service providers (who store the system's data on our behalf). We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
Providing an email is optional — your repair can still be tracked by job number alone. Name, phone number, and device details are required to open a repair job.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by contacting the branch that handled your repair. We will respond within the timeframes required under Act 709.
Job records are kept for as long as necessary for warranty, service, and accounting purposes, and deleted or anonymized once no longer needed or upon your request.
Access to this system is restricted to authorized staff via password-protected login. The public Track Status page only shows masked name and phone number details.
